A commissioned project incorporating pieces from a fallen pear tree taken from the customer’s property. Included in the design are pieces of ash, black walnut and spalted maple which have been finished with Danish oil to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. The rust component compliments the warm rich tones of the piece, while the abstract shapes from a fallen ash have been hand painted with a colour palette chosen by the customer.
